Community support is vital to succeed as supported by research in 2001 that found effective intervention comes from a community-based model and requires the sensitisation of allied systems. HEARTS actively work with local authorities, NGOs, Government / Social Welfare departments, Railways, Police Force, Observation / Juvenile Homes, Media and National and International Forums and Networks.
